Delivery / Shipping  

For items that are in stock, please allow 7 business days for packing and postage.  For made to order items, expect 3+ weeks. Regardless of the piece, I'll work with you to make sure you know how long the timeframe will be, and some works will take longer or shorter than others.   

 

Shipping Method  

I ship everything with Australia Post through standard parcel post. Within Australia, items will receive tracking, but this may not be possible internationally.  International shipping is a case-by-case basis.  

 

Returns and Exchanges  

As almost everything in the shop is handmade and/or made to order I sadly can't offer returns or exchanges unless there has been an error in the order.  If you do have any issues with your order please get in touch and we'll fix it asap.  

 

Jewellery Care  

I use solid metals in all of my work, and as such you wont need to worry about wear and tear too greatly. You'll find that shiny surfaces darken slightly, blackened pieces shine, and you might find a nick or scratch appear with wear.  I encourage people to see these marks as additions to their piece, showing the physical presence of love. However you are of course more than welcome to maintain the surface treatment of your jewellery if you so wish to. You'll find techniques for doing this easily online, or you might like to approach a local jeweller (or myself) to freshen up your piece.  

 

Stones & Uncommon Materials 

Some of my work features stones or found materials. With these comes a caveat that they are a little more fragile than a solid metal piece.  I recommend not wearing these pieces in the shower, while washing your hands, etc. and not having them around machinery or rugged environments.  If a stone or material does break or fall out, I might be able to replace it, so do reach out and we'll see what can be done.
